Firework Championships 2022
The World Fireworks Championships is back in Blackpool!
Over four saturday nights, the Blackpool sky will light up with the magnificent 2022 World Fireworks Championships.

The Illuminations this year will be extended two months.
Blackpool hosted the UK's first official Air Show in 1909! Today, the event is
staged annually with jaw dropping aerobatic stunts and fly-bys from some incredible aircraft no longer in commission.
This weekend seafront show is free, and will feature a whole host of incredible
flying machines. The Air Show is set to attract tens of thousands of people to the Promenade for the event.

Free Blackpool Airshow 2019: 10-11 August
If you are travelling into Blackpool to enjoy this event please leave extra time for travel, as this is a popular event and there may be traffic delays when arriving/leaving.
You're advised to use car parks at the south of the resort and the tramway to travel to the event. Public transport via the rail systems and buses is also recommended.
