All accommodation is subject to availability at time of booking and payment of Security deposit.
A deposit of £100. is required to secure your booking and form the damage deposit this is refundable at the end of your holiday once the caravan has been checked for any damages, loss or excessive cleaning needed. So please make sure it's left in a clean and tidy condition.
Tiggs caravans only rent from Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday. Minimum bookings starting on Friday are for 3 or 7 days only, Bookings starting on Monday are for 4 or 7 days only, for bookings of 7 or more days holiday must start on a Monday or Friday.
Check-in is from 3 pm unless prior arrangements for an earlier time have been made.
Check-out is no later than 10 am on the day of departure
The holiday can be paid in weekly or monthly installments. Full payment must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer. Bookings made within 8 weeks must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date become non-refundable.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in the cost of the holiday and can be purchased at reception on your arrival.
Breaking the terms and conditions will mean no refund of bond, if you are asked to leave the site by a member of staff for any reason you will not get a refund, if you cancel you will lose the deposit.
Accidents do happen and the odd plate or cup can get dropped and broken, I do understand this, all I ask is if something does get broken can you please inform me straight away so it can be replaced
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by any member of the party.
No unauthorized persons are permitted in the caravan other than those listed on the booking agreement.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
